Creating a Schedule Folder in ScheduleWorX64

In ScheduleWorX64, schedules are organized into folders, so that a set of schedules for similar resources can be grouped together and more easily found. You can create a folder at any level in the Schedule tree. You can also drag and drop a folder in the tree to move a folder within the hierarchy. Folder names are editable in the Name text box in the Details pane of the Schedule window (lower right pane).

 

To Create a Schedule Folder

  1. Right-click on the Schedules branch of the Tree Explorer and click on image\ebx_-1285919397.gif.

Select the Schedules branch of the Tree Explorer then click on the Add (image\ebx_-1285919397.gif) tool in the Workbench64 toolbar at the top of the screen, then click on Folder.

  1. The ScheduleWorX64 Schedule Folder properties window appears.
  2. Enter a name for the Schedule Folder and click Apply to save your changes.
