Activating an AssetWorX Configuration Database

Setting the active database in AssetWorX sets the active database on all participating servers. Note that only some participating servers have the same active database.

To Activate a Database:

1. From the Project Explorer in the Workbench, right-click on a database name and select Make Active -or- select the database in the Project Explorer, then click the Make Active button in the Home ribbon, as shown below.

2. A warning will notify you that a change to a database within AssetWorX will be propagated to other installed AnalytiX providers. Click OK to proceed.
3. The database symbol next to the selected database will change from Inactive () to Active (), as shown below:
