Event Hub Connection Configurator Window
EndPoint -Enter the Event Hub Connection EndPoint in the text entry field.
Entity Path -Enter the Event Hub Entiry Path in the text entry field.
Timeout -Enter a Timeout for the Event Hub Connection in the text entry field or use the up/down arrows.
SAS Key Name -Enter the Event Hub SAS Key Name in the text entry field.
SAS Key -Enter the Event Hub SAS Key in the text entry field.
Protocol - Use the pulldown menu to select from either AMQP or Web Sockets.
