Time Synchronization

To Synchronize the Device's Time:

1. Open the BACnet Provider in the Workbench.
2. Expand the connected BACnet database and then the Devices branch. Select the Device with which you wish to synchronize time. Right-click on it then click on Time Synchronization from the popup menu, as shown below.

3. The Time Synchronization window appears, as shown below.

• Send Message As Broadcast - Click this checkbox if you want the time synchronization sent as a broadcast message.

• Synchronization Time - Use the pulldown to select from LocalTime or UTCTime.

4. Click on the Execute button to start the time synchronization. The following window will appear to let you know that the time synchronization has succeeded.
