Introduced in 10.97.1, Hyper Alarm Logger logs alarms / events into a persistent file-based storage and allows Gen64 client applications to read the log back, while providing standard two node redundancy.
The alarms / events input can come from any source supported by the FrameWorX infrastructure, which includes OPC AE, OPC UA, BACnet and more.
For reading the log, only the FrameWorX API for reading historical alarms / events is supported. This is the API used by the AlarmWorX64 Viewer. Future versions of Hyper Alarm Logger will also support the Query Interface (this is also a FrameWorX API), and will allow exporting logged data to other storages, like MS SQL. If OPC UA or other APIs are required, then these need to be implemented by the FrameWorX Server.
