Reinitialize Device

To Reinitialize a Device:

1. Open the BACnet Provider in the Workbench.
2. Expand the connected BACnet database and then the Devices branch. Select the Device you wish to reinitialize. Right-click on it then click on Reinitialize Device from the popup menu, as shown below.

3. The Reinitialize Device window appears, as shown below.

• Reinitialize State of Device - The pulldown menu allows you to set the reinitialize state of the device including AbortRestore, Coldstart, EndBackup, EndRestore, StartBackup, StartRestore and Warmstart.

• Password - Enter the password for the device.

4. Click on the Execute button to start the reinitialization. The following window will appear to let you know that your reinitialization request has succeeded.
