Quality AnalytiX contains both a client component and a server component, as shown in the following image:

The Platform Services component of the server communicates with the client components to transfer data to and from the different GENESIS64 providers, such as GraphWorX64, TrendWorX64, and AlarmWorX64. The server stores SPC calculation outputs as historical values, and you can access these outputs in your client applications using OPC DA tags or OPC HDA historical values.
You can also add SPC alarm calculations to your Hyper Historian configuration. You can access the alarm states that these calculations trigger using OPC DA tags. These tags pass the alarm states to the Alarm Server, which relays a message about the alarm to relevant applications.
