The Clear Runtime Use Data button, shown in the Tools section of the Home ribbon in the Workbench, allows you to clear the cache of Runtime Use data from the point that you started Runtime Collection.

Clicking the Clear Runtime Use Data button brings up the following warning.

Click OK to proceed in deleting all data collected for Runtime Use Reports, else click the Cancel button.
