To Add a Trap Variable
Open the Workbench and expand your project within the Project Explorer. Expand the SNMP provider node and the Traps node. Right-click on a selected Trap, then click on Add Trap Variable, as shown below.

OR
Select your specific Trap within the Traps node in the Project Explorer then click on the Add Trap Variable button, shown below, in the Edit section of the Home ribbon in the Workbench.

This opens the Trap Variables properties, shown below, in the middle section of the Workbench. Enter a name for the Trap Variable in the Name text entry field.

SNMP Settings
Full OID - The identifier for every SNMP tag is the Full OID. This information enables the retrieval of the associated data in the MIB dictionary tree (if it exists).
Attribute - Use the pulldown to select an attribute by number (1-10).
MIB Data
The MIB Data section is automatically entered when the SNMP Settings section is completed and the Trap Variable is saved.
(Refresh MIB Data) - When activated, click this link to refresh the MIB data shown in this section.

When you have completed making changes to the Trap Variable properties, click Apply to save them and Close to return to the Workbench.
