To Clear Device(s) from Cache:
From the Workbench, expand your Project in the Project Explorer, then expand Data Connectivity.
You'll see the BACnet node of the Project Explorer, as shown below.

Expand the BACnet node. Select the Devices node, then click on Clear Device(s) from Cache in the pulldown menu in the Project Explorer, as shown below.

Select the Devices node, then click on the Clear Device(s) from Cache button, shown below, in the Tools section of the Home ribbon in the Workbench.

This opens the Clear item(s) from cache window, as shown below.

You can select from any listed devices within the window by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the device name. You can immediately remove a device by clicking on the red X button to the right.
For multiple selections, you can then click on the Remove Selected button on the top left of the window. You also have the options to Select All, Unselect All, or Invert Selection.
Once you opt to clear any device from the cache, you will then see a warning message asking if you would like to proceed. Click OK if you wish to clear the selected devices from the cache.
Close the box to return to the Workbench.
