The Web Services Provider within the Workbench provides the ability to create New SQL Server configuration databases or to Attach or Connect to existing ones.
The top level of the Project Explorer tree within the Web Services provider will show the Workbench server (for example, "localhost"). SQL Server Configuration can be performed using the Project Explorer.
