The Home Ribbon in the Workbench will change according to items selected in the Project Explorer.
When you select the main Project node within the Project Explorer, you'll see the Home ribbon contains a Security section, an Edit Section, and a Tools section.

Without a provider or any of its elements selected, the Workbench's ribbon will show the following sections:
In the example below, the Equipment node within the Assets (AssetWorX) provider has been selected and the Home ribbon now contains a Security Section, a Service section, a Clipboard section, an Edit section and an Import/Export section.
