Configuring Databases Using SNMP Connector

The SNMP Connector within the GENESIS64 Workbench provides the ability to create New SQL Server configuration databases or to Attach or Connect to existing ones.

 

The top level of the Project Explorer tree within the SNMP Connector will show the Workbench server (for example, "localhost"). SQL Server Configuration can be performed using the Project Explorer.

 

To create a new SNMP Configuration Database, follow these steps:

  1. Create a New SQL Server Configuration Database. 

  2. Attach an Existing SQL Server Configuration Database.

  3. Connect to an Existing SQL Server Configuration Database.

  4. Activate the Database.
