Various elements of the AlarmWorX64 Viewer displays are under your control through settings you make on the ribbon or in the configuration property dialog box. As you select different objects to control, different display options become available. This feature gives you fine control over the look and feel of your display and allows you to leverage the productivity gains from object oriented programming through property inheritance and exceptions. When you define a certain property at a parent level, that property becomes the default for an child object. If you set the property to a different setting at the child level, that child-level property takes precedence and is applied. Keep in mind that the dialog boxes you see are a little different for each object type.
Display options are found in the following locations:
Display options are on the AlarmWorX64 Configuration ribbon.
Object properties are on the Appearance and Advanced tabs of the AlarmWorX Configurator for the viewer, tabs, grids, and charts.
Grid options are described in the topic Grid Options.
Chart options are described in Chart Options.
